Derived from the Yangtze river which cuts across the country's vast area and connects the many small indigenous charming towns with all their rich cultures to essentially create a silk road. Our space is the boiling pot of all these cultures where we offer select special items in various editions as a journey across the Yangtze river.

The delicate broth, the satisfying gulps of arm-wrenching noodle dough and the crispiest crunch of the soft and crisp gyoza sustained those farmers, satisfied the harshest critics and solidified the grandeur of the river, being the source necessitating these affairs and the melting pot that offers so much.
